Since our inception, Klifftin Lark Consulting has been fully emersed in creating strategic advantages and providing professional services for government agencies and start-up organizations.

Klifftin Lark Consulting (KLC) was established in 2021, in Woodbridge, VA, and has over 16 years of experience in the contracting field. KLC is a Small Veteran Owned and Small Woman Owned business. It operates under the core values of Integrity, Trust, Experience, Loyalty, Duty, and the idea of making something or some place better than we found it. These concepts guide KLC's innovative and technical approach to serving clients with the highest caliber of professionalism, work ethic, industry best practices, and clear communication.

Katarzyna Lewczuk

Founder & CEO

Katarzyna Lewczuk was born in Poland, and grew up in New York City for the majority of her life. Katarzyna has served in the U.S. Army Reserves, part of 353rd Civil Affairs HQ, during Operation Enduring Freedom. In her civilian life, she worked with the Former NYS Senator Serphin R. Maltese where she gained her foundations in working with the public. Katarzyna has always worked towards helping others, working towards making a difference, and improving individuals way of life. She has transitioned into federal contracting work when her daughter Angelina was born in 2008. Katarzyna gained expertise working in operations, program and project management while working with agencies such as the US Department of Homeland Security, Army1Source, Army Corp of Engineers, US Department of Commerce, US Department of Transportation, and the US Center for Disease Control, just to name a few. Katarzyna graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an Associates of Science Degree, has received a Bachelor Degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology from George Mason University and a Masters of Science at George Mason University in Conflict, Analysis and Resolution. Katarzyna is currently an MBA candidate with an anticipated graduation date in 2026. Katarzyna is currently pursuing government contracts and working with organizations in support of aiding their growth and development.
